For power-on conditions, there must be +12V on the red and yellow wires. The black wire should be connected to the negative pole (the metal part of the car body, the peripheral metal part of the radio antenna plug is the negative pole). Regarding the problem that the customer can not turn on the new car stereo when it is installed on the car, Please follow the steps to check your car stereo.

1. Please check whether the two ends of the ISO line are connected properly, especially the end connected to the car stereo, it must be inserted in place, some ISO cable may be tight, and a little force should be used to connect the ISO line, There is a buckle on the other end of the car stereo. You must buckle the card until it is done.
2. We recommend you plug in the radio antenna at the same time. (Because some factory cars do not have a negative wire on the factory power cable, it cannot form a power loop.)
3. Please turn the car key to the ACC switch. If your car radio comes with a canbus decoder, after confirming the above steps, the car stereo still can not turn on. Then you need to unplug the canbus and connect the red wire and the yellow wire together. (You can only try to see if it can be turned on. It cannot be used all the time, otherwise the car power may be exhausted.)
If it can be turned on, it can basically be confirmed. Problem with canbus. please contact customer service to get a new canbus decoder
If it can not be turned out, it is a question of the main board or android board, you need to contact customer service to get further support.
