Incoming call not shown AS0471H 7.1

In case of an incoming call, the name and call buttons are not shown on the display. What could be the problem?

Hi,
it is normal that when a call income , the unit only display the number but not the name . And it will display the answer button and refuse button .What call button do you point to ? Could you show me a picture ?
Any way,you can try to use an thin stick to click the Reset button on the panel to check whether the problem solved .
