THE COMMON PROBLEM OF DVD PLAYER 1: CAN'T READ DISC

Can not read the disc is a common problem of the player, and this problem can be solved after the analysis and troubleshooting. For details, please refer to the following steps.
Step 1: Dust on the lens can easily cause the disc to not be read. Please gently wipe the bald head with a cotton swab.
Step 2:The movement can not be reset is one of the common reasons for not reading the disc. Please push the movement left and right twice or more to ensure the movement of the movement is smooth. And check if there is any foreign matter in the card slot to hinder the movement of the movement.
If you still can't solve the problem, it may be a problem with the software or hardware of the DVD player. Please send email to the customer service to find a solution.And attach the order number of the DVD player to the email.
