First,which power cord is connected to the DVD player.If you use the ISO Wiring Harness to power on the DVD player,check the the voltage you connect has reached 12V and the joint keeps the good contact with power source.

If you use the Cigarette lighter adapter to power on the DVD player,whether the lamp on adapter has turned to red.

After connect the Power cord,you may check that the power indicator light (red light or blue light ) has turned on or not.

If the indicator light of player couldn't turn on after connect with cigarette lighter adapter,it maybe the problem of the cigarette adapter.You can send email to our customer services to replace the cigarette lighter adapter.
