Installation method: Please decompress the file after downloading, and copy the file into one blank SD card.
Insert the SD card into the GPS slot. Then Click SETUP-Car Seting-System upgrade.

It is a little old radio model. Our supplier did not provide the newest firmware anymore.
We only have the old firmware for the radio model:

Installation method: Please do not decompress the file after downloading it from a PC. Copy it to one blank SD card.
Insert the SD card into the GPS slot. Then Click SetUP-System-System Upgrade.

Solution:
1. Set the boot logo:
Settings---CAR---Factory settings--Enter the password "126 "--Car logo--APPLY--EXIT- -Press "RES" button to restart.

2. Set the LED button light color:
Settings---CAR--LED settings---select the favorite color

Solution countermeasures:
1. Adjust the navigation volume according to the following operation video.

2. If you can't solve the problem after adjusting the volume, you can try to reinstall the system

Steps to install the brushing software：
You can install the updated firmware by following these steps and the attached photos:

1. Please kindly decompress the updated file after downloading it from PC.
2. Copy the folder to the root directory of a blank USB drive. Insert the USB drive into the USB port.
3. Then click "Settings" on the main menu and go to "System" settings.
4. Click the "System Update" button, select "Erase data and format flash memory!", then click the "Install" button to update the system.
5. The system may start to update. This will take about 3 minutes for the software update. The radio will then reboot. When it goes to the main menu, the upgrade is complete. You can then unplug the USB drive. (Note: You cannot disconnect the power during the software upgrade and system reboot.) .

hi if you long press the power button, it should eventually go to the android start menu where you can choose to reboot or wipe cache or factory reset etc. maybe that will let you factory reset it and it will work again, fingers crossed. good luck

Does anyone know if these earlier models had a capacitor for the reverse camera or similar power supply issues?
Mine sometimes starts if i wait for a while but not always. Once the car is in reverse it flicks over to the camera screen but then hesitates for a long time.

I am having a couple of issues with my stereo, speakers on one side not working till i change on the equaliser, not loading some apps and freezing from time to time, Can I ask for a link to the latest firmware, please

It was purchased via amazon Order #026-7610994-7595539 Placed on September 15, 2018, I believe it's an ND0286B-A02 and the serial number is 77E45AE448506BFD

It's currently running MTCE_KLD_V2.87_1 dated June 7 2018

Any help is Appreciated.
