Do you mean everything including wifi,bluetooth,steering wheel control and music sound all normal before installed the reverse camera?

For the Wifi problem,do you check whether the USB port normal or not? You can just try to use a USB stick .
For the sound and steering wheel control ,please record a video to us so that our enginer can help you solve theproblem.
