Hi, I have purchased the Pumpkin 6.95 inch Double Din Android 7.1 Universal Car Stereo/Radio/DVD Player Octa-Core RAM:2GB + ROM:32GB (SKU: CN10-02308B) last year via amazon UK and I am having problems trying to create an account and therefore I can't register my stereo. Can you help me? Also can tell me if I have to connect Key1 and Key 2 to my axxess AWSC-1 steering wheel control? Last question what does AMP CON mean? Does this wire connect to the 'amp turn on' wire, (my blue and white) of my car's harness?

Hi, with respect of your issue, could you please tell us what kind of your car? Does it have canbus? Could you please check if you connect the cable tightly or you do some wiring modification? We suggest you unplug the head unit power cable for half a hour, after that, reinstall it check again.
If possible, would you mind to take some picture about the wiring connection or a video about the problem which the does not stay on?

Unit C0224 with kitkat 4.4 . Unit turned on and seemed to power up fine(did notice no sound but wasnt fully done with install). When i tried to turn the unit on again it came up but then shut itself off and continues to do that. I have tried to install the firmware(provided from this site) and it wont stay on long enough to do anything. I have tried a reset several times with no luck

We are so sorry to anounce that our forum was died at the past few days due to numerous anonymous attack, and we are trying our best to solve it under the help of our technician guy. Even though, we still lost around 3-4 days data from our data base, so some of you may found that your account or post was deleted, and you may think that is us who deleted and feel angry about that! But we do really SOORY for that and want to explain you all that the truth is not. Even it is not our purpose to do that, but we still have fault on this as not able to stop the attack. We will backup all our data manually each day to prevent this issue to happen again.
