All the issues I wrote are related to the brightness issue.
When I wrote I cannot see who is calling, I literally meant that I cannot SEE the contact name or number because the display is too dark. My phone book is synchronized.
Same for the radio stations. I know how to switch stations. But if I don't SEE the screen because it is too dark, I have to guess where to press on the screen in order to change the station.
Rear camera - The same. It is working but useless since I can't SEE a thing during daylight because the display is too dark (and it is not the camera itself, it was working fine with the previous head unit).

2.our unit support display the name of contacts while calling. You can check whether you download your contacts to the unit.
3.about changing the radio station, you can click the following icon. It is so easy,or i seems so fool to misunderstand your query ?

I was searching regarding the brightness issue here and around the internet and it seems there are quiet a lot of complains about it.
I just wish I had done this before purchasing the unit...
Few days have passed since I installed the head unit in my car and in my opinion - it is absolutely useless during daylight.
- I cannot read the screen for navigation purpose.
- I cannot see who is calling me before answering (need to pickup and look at the phone which is a ~300 USD fine if the police catches me doing this).
- I cannot dial since I can't see the keypad (same fine as above if I'll do it using the phone).
- I need to guess where to press my finger on the touch screen in order to change radio stations.
I saw that you suggested a firmware fix for some of the customers that were complaining about this "too low brightness" issue.
Is such a firmware fix available for my unit as well?

I cannot use it to navigate, so I'm using my smartphone instead.
I cannot see a thing using the rear view camera unless I'm inside a closed parking lot.
I'm truly considering returning the unit.

2.As far as i know,our car stereo only support connect to one OBD device and one phone at the same time.
