Hi,
you can first 1.check whether the home button and mute button can be pressed and loossen normally .If not ,it means the button broken and then,you can contact the pumpkin customer service to change the key board. If yes,please try to using an thin stick to click the RST button to reboot the unit.
did the button works before?

But the hardware buttons home and mute don’t work, is ther a solution for this problem
