For the iGo sat nav, it's just the free testing maps provided by the factory, it does not support to update via website.
The android unit and wince unit use the different iGo version.
If your unit with the android system, you can also use other maps, such as Google maps, waze, Sygic, here map etc..
If it's the wince system, the unit includes the GPS card with maps.

2 Was told to download the map update from the Mega link you supplied, instructions were very limited but I downloaded to my Laptop and then transferred to the map micro sd card as instructed, however it also said to delete and reinstall the iGO app on the pumpkin unit which I did but on reinstall I got an error message saying a file was missing and although working the Nav only had limited functions. I then reinstalled the original map version to get things back to original, after which I again installed the new maps but this time NOT deleting the iGO app this seems to be working so far. Please confirm if this is the correct method.
3 Lots of other questions on the Nav but hopefully the correct user manual will answer these.

Hope you can help as I am getting very frustrated with the system.
