I have this RQ0261E one year old Naviceiver and it start making following problem.

Ii automaticlly start turning on & off Volume up and down like someone is pressing the remote buttons.
It never did it before.
I removed the battery out of the remote and it still does it. Second I have covered the IR Sensor on the Stereo it still does it.

What can be the root cause for this trouble. I assume it is drivern by some hardware issue. I hope not that means it is already defect after a year.
I hope you can give me some sold support to find out what the problem is.
