Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
Our android 5.1 unit can support to pair the phone and sync the phone book via Bluetooth.
Please tell us the two kind phones you used, we test this function in our lab without any problem with several phones.
And if possible, would you mind take a video to help us check?
