Does the radio function have sound comes out when you enter into it?
Can you please go to setting---factory setting---input password 126, and then click the APPLICATION menu, check the Radio IC option and tell us what option is it? Maybe you can change to other option, and then click APPLY and Exit to reboot the radio to make those change active to check? If you do not mind, would you mind record a short video to show us your operation?
