Please download and unzip the files to the root content of one sd card or USB stick and insert it into the GPS slot if you choose the card .Next insert the card into the GPS slot .Then enter settings - car settings - system update .

Hi,
it is impossible to get it on software. You can consider adding a delay switch to the power cable (red wire) by yourself .

very sorry for that i have not replyed you before . Until today , i find that the pumpkin customer service which contacted you about this issue left office some weeks ago so that i can not find him .
