If this does not help, you may need to buy a high to low audio out line converter.
Or we can send you a modified power cable to solve the problem, before that, please tells u which power cable you used.

For another problem, there is not a solution, the factory said that the canbus adapter with the power cable just perform like that, sorry for the inconvenience brought to you.

what is the solution for the problems? Buy an external amplifierer for the quiet rear speakers? That´s not an solution for me becaus i bought an plug and play navi receiver from autopumpkin. And this is not plug and play because i must buy additional equipment.
and what is with the problem that the radio shuts down when turn off the ignition. Becaus the on the original audi radio it stands on until i disconnect the key completly from the car.

The new modification power cable arrived and after some research the sound works now perfectly.
On the Cable is now a "filter" box, but its not a filter, it is a amplifier that can adjust with the two
adjust capacitors. With them i adjust the Output volume to the prefect level.
I had to newwire the Chinch system because you have here 2 Stereo amplifier but feed them with
1 Mono signal each. by that the signal was also reversed and cancel each other out. After rewireing it, its works fine
So first problem solved
Second was that it turn off after turn off ignition. I asked audi and at my model the acc signal goes over the canbussystem.
The Canbus adapter use the ignition signal not the acc signal over the canbus system. Is there a way to change that?

Currently we know that there is not a radio which turn on without acc signal, even the car start with the power button, not the key.

For future, how about to get in a function that allowed to turn on the radio without acc signal, so the
radio can turn on without key.
The Original radio the acc wire was bridged with the power wire, so the radio can turn on every time.
It has a direct canbus connection and read die acc position over canbus.

Not at my car, my cigar lighter is allways on. I can carge my mobile phone anytime there and yes, i control it
with a multimeter and it has 12,6V.
The Radio have not an acc wire, its controlled over the canbus system. The acc port is bridged on the Quadlock with the power cable (on carside). When i connect the two optional Red wires, the radio stays always on. (because
the acc is original bridged with +. Funny is that i can disconnect then the Canbus adapter completely without any dysfunction.

You can also modify the red wire to your car ACC wire which switch on/off with your car key.
And could you please take a photo to show the canbus decoder information came with our unit and the power cable your used?

I use the quadlock cable you deliverd.
