Cause I ever thought that the problem you had meet the special rule of our company, but after discussing your situation with our manager, he did not agree to cover the return shipping cost to HK, really sorry about this.
But with the product warranty, you can still return it back to us for repair.

If you contacted me or our ebay customer service earlier, the method I provided should be approved,
But now our manager did not agree with it.
And the factory ever told that the problem was caused by the audio channel converter on the DAB module.
Please don't worry, your unit is still under warranty, you can still return it back to us for repair.
Really sorry for my mistake to make you unfair.
