But instead, we have found out that the device installed KLD firmware will show what you have been show on your video. So it must be the firmware installed wrong. Now can you please download the firmware from the link you sent to us again, and reinstall the firmware on the radio via the recovery mode to solve this? Just short press the RST hole, and then short press the middle hole for two times, and then long press it without release until it boots to the Android menu.
