I found the update Card and succeeded in updating my head unit as described,
the problem is resolved
I lost my data but it does not matter

Could you please check your package content?
And once you find the sd card, you just need to insert it into GPS card slot, then reboot the unit or press the RST hole to enter the recovery mode.

i have to reinstall the firmware

Could you put a link to download a firmware for this model RQ0361
Could you describe exactly how to enter in the recovery mode in order to reinstall the firmware, there is only a reset button and no hard power button
