Hi,sorry for the late reply due to the Chinese National Day holiday.
1.you can try to long press the power button to close the screen.
2.if first step doesn't help,could you mind show me an video about your issue.

Screen stuck in open position.

I have installed the single din 7in unit successfully set up wifi and satnav but now the screen seems to be stuck in the open position for some reason. The open button does not seem to work and when the ignition is switched off the screen is not closing. Please can anyone advise as to a solution for this issue?
