No. My radio is CS0365, but I have attached the picture because of the menu.

But going back to the question. Why my radio does not want to read the update file?

i mean you can't amend the name.
I notice the picture you attach https://www.pumpkincardvd.com/CarDVD/LM ... 52///7.jpg.
The SKU of this unit is 13-W0352 but not CS0356.Please confirm or tell me your order number and i will check for you.
For the unit W0352,it can not change the logo .

Ok so can you tell me maybe why I cannot update the radio with the manual, which is posted on the forum? I mean this: viewtopic.php?t=365

I do everything like there, download the .bin file, put it on the sd card and insert it into the sd card slot. And the problem is that the radio doesn't show any info. Why nothing is happening?
