Hi,

I am having a couple of issues with my stereo, speakers on one side not working till i change on the equaliser, not loading some apps and freezing from time to time, Can I ask for a link to the latest firmware, please

It was purchased via amazon Order #026-7610994-7595539 Placed on September 15, 2018, I believe it's an ND0286B-A02 and the serial number is 77E45AE448506BFD

It's currently running MTCE_KLD_V2.87_1 dated June 7 2018

Any help is Appreciated.

System update shown on the display.
Now the display is black.
Home button and RST no function, the display remains black.
Please provide further instructions to get the car radio working again.

Hi.
I'm fighting with my slow AE0273B-08A couple months. (Amazon order # 113-9206565-1901817)
I tried uninstall any not really needed software in my unit. I left only basic apps like navigation and music players (spotify or youtube red) but radio is still very slow. 90% of time I trie listen to my music the unit is slowing down or stop playing or freeze. I bought also faster SD card for my GPS slot and video recorder but nothing helped.
Could you share new firmware with the fix and maybe Android 10.

I agree with the above. My car HU unit (CN10-03201b) is 4 years old and the last update is more than 2 years ago. Still having problems with the internet (connected but no internet). How difficult can it be to solve this with software customization.

Im starting to think once you buy a head unit from pumpkin service, firmware and Os updates never happen. It's as if you just don't want us to update after we purchase from you guys. Why can my old samsung phone still update to android 11 and my 3 yr old head unit has no firmware or Os updates. Im not the only one asking for this as your forums are flooded with customers asking the same thing. My unit freezes and apps can't be installed because they need a new Os version. Why do you do this is it to make more money or are you guys just lazy or both. This is unfair business practices and you should let customers know that once you purchase a unit from you guys what you buy is what you get. I have been let down via emails by you repeating yourself over and over and sending old firmware that I've had since 2018. Fix this.
