About the calling issue , you can first try to adjust the position of the external mic and speake toward it and turn off the windows as possible as you can . If these step doesn't help, you can try to contact the pumpkin customer service to change an external mic .
About the CD light, sorry there is no settings to directly turn off it .Unless you S1. enter settings - car settings - extra settings(123456) - panel light option and set as turn on .S2.plug out the unit and cut off the Ill wire from the power cable . In this way ,all the panel light will be turn off.

Sorry for raising an old post. This issue has arisen again. Bluetooth can disappear from the menu. You can see the logo at the top of the screen but there is no bluetooth menu in settings.
My call quality seems to be getting worse. Everyone tells me that it sounds like I'm swimming. I have tried an iPhone X, Nokia 3310 and a Samsung Galaxy S8 and the issue is on them all.
Is there a way to disable the internal mic or maybe there is an issue with the external mic.
Even when driving, if I switch the phone to speaker, they say it's so much better but then I can't hear them.
Last thing, is it possible to disable the light in the CD tray ?

I tried changing the BT name but no luck. It's like the radio doesn't even recognise the BT adapter. I've tried turning BC6 and BC8 On and Off.
There's no BT option in Settings on the left even (see Photo 5). To see the BT settings, I have to search in Settings and then when I find it turn it on (see 1 and 2). When it's on there's no BT icon in the top bar (1 and 5). I also attached the version settings for you to check (Photo 4).
What next ?

Bluetooth has always been an issue on my unit. Connection isn't the issue but call quality for the other person is. I have an iPhone X and I can hear the person I'm talking to loud and clear yet they always say that I sound like I'm underwater.
Anyway, I updated to the latest version V9.2.2 to see if that might solve the issue but now it tells me that there are no Bluetooth devices available.
Any ideas there folks ???
Car radio is CN10-02308B-02B.
