Usually we update the firmware just fixing some bugs and if you didn't suffer that bug ,we don't suggest you flash the firmware by yourself,because you might flash the wrong firmware and lead to the broken unit.

Why does Pumkin not announce new firmware for the car radios?
As i can see, new firmware is only supplied by user request in the forum?

Does Pumkin support version upgrade for older radios?
E.G. Android 7.1 -> Android 8.0
