I tried it with several phones, android ios es but with all does not work.

Did you install the update firmware for your unit?
Please check if your phone system is update, and try to use other phones to connect.
If possible, would you mind take a short video to help us check?

Good morning, my ID on ebay is "lucazero1281" and I only The PayPal transaction code last April 2016. 56X65414NF546345W.Il code Bluetooth is On, I tried also from the addition system settings That From app. but it does not work. The stereo works perfectly, navigator, radio etc etc ... just the bluetooth not Activate! In fact, even the bluetooth icon in the top right lights. I tried to reset everything as factory settings but to no RESULT, What can I do ??

Sorry for the trouble brought to you.
Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
For the Bluetooth problem, you can try to press the RST hole to reset the unit, and please use another phone to connect when it's not connected.

Good morning,
I hope I have posted this in the right section. I'm new and I apologize if I'm wrong!
I wanted to ask you some information on my pumpkin rk3188, who for some days does not work anymore 'bluetooth in any way, you are not even shown on the display, and even the system does not arm.
is there a way to fix the problem ?? There is an update to Android 4.4.4. kit kat installed the origin ??
