My radio says starting update i have all to proove that it is within warranty a buddy of mine let me try to fix it as the company sent a replacement board ive tried to do a firmware update

Hi Jammy,

My Pumpkin is having issues with the Bluetooth not working (tried many things like turning BT off, powering off & back on, reset button, etc) with my iphone. It also won't work with my iphone's wifi hotspot (always has an authentication problem). I'm hoping that a firmware update might fix these issues.

Can you give me a download link for my Pumpkin Car Stereo? Here is the system info.

Hi, you can do follows one by one.
1. use an thin stick to click the reset button on the panel.
2.if the first step doesn't help, flash the following firmware.

and the problem is that my radio hangs when turned on, it just sticks in the start mode or in the loading screen when it displays the logo. I also had the problem that my radio has a "blue screen" or something similar displayed and then I had the choice "restart or retry".

there may be a software update or a firmware update for my model.

Hi matze, maybe the firmware on your unit is the latest one. Could you mind showing me the picture of the about system page?
And could you tell me what is going on with the unit? Many issues can be solved without flashing the unit.
