You need to sync the contact list manually on the Bluetooth menu, then when you phone connect next time, the unit will automatically sync the contact list.
When you download the update.rar file, just use a SD card or USB stick to copy it, insert the SD card, then the unit will automatically recognize it.
Please check the SD card or USB stick format and memory, it should FAT32/NTFS and not up to 32GB.
The update file need to put into the root inventory of the SD card.

My contacts list does not sync up with device and device crashes sometimes.

bought the item off ebay about a month ago.
Whenever i try to install the update files i get a error in recovery then just reboot.

Any help?

We just got a new firmware and mcu from the factory, they said that it could solve the GPS signal problem.

Please download both the firmware and mcu through your browser, just copy the file into an empty (micro)SD card, make sure the file is in root of the card.(ie, when you open the card, the file is directly located there)

Then please insert the sd card with the firmware file and mcu into the GPS slot.
The unit will recognize the update firmware automatically and pop out a dialog, choose "wipe data and format flash", then click Install, the unit will finish the update after a few minutes.

After the firmware updating, then go to the settings--about tablet to click MCU update.
