Could you please first tell us your order number?
We provide two kind of maps for wince unit.
Normally we have set the Navi path and you can just press the navi button and new the Sat Nav.
If the maps don't work, please go to the settings to set the navi path again.

My question is, if there is somewhere that I am able to re download the map files, as currently, I am not able to use the Sat Nav features of the head unit.

I believe my head unit is running on the Win CE operating system.
