For the Bluetooth pair pin, you can go to the Bluetooth menu settings, set the pin as same as the iCar III.
If you change the pin but it still could not connect to your iCar III, it's possible that they are not compatible, sorry about this.
But we also sell two kind of the Bluetooth OBD adapter which confirm to be compatible with our unit.
You can buy a new one from us, sorry for the inconvenience brought to you.
Regards

How long does the fats boot work for without turning on? What is the time-out?

There is not a setting for fast boot.
The customer 1 and customer 2 are used for testing by factory technician and developer, you don't need to use it and it does not matter with any function.
Please don't change any factory setting without our instructions.

ODB now works well and I can listen to bluetooth music at the same time!

The fast boot only seems to work with power off for a limited time (<1 hour?). If left for a few hours, the unit needs to reboot from scratch. Is this a setting (power save?).

Also, the factory settings have customer 1 & customer 2, what are these for?

Thanks, Dean

Please refer our another forum to check, hope some help.

For the OBD2 dongle pair code, you can go to the Bluetooth menu on our unit, then change the pair code from 1234 to 0000.
Then reboot the unit and try to connect the OBD2 dongle again.
Here is a tutorial video for your reference.

1. The device takes 30 secs to boot each time. Do I have to enable fast boot somehow?

2. When turned off and on, all radio stations are lost as well as time. Time returns as it is picked up from GPS, but not the radio.

3. I have an ELM 327 ODBII dongle and the head unit can find the dongle, but will not pair due to "Incorrect PIN". There is no option to enter a PIN, it just tries to pair automatically and I assume using "0000". It may need to use "1234". Can this be changed?

Other settings seem ok, such as steering wheel, boot logo and wifi password.

Can you help?

Thank you.
