Our company sell many kind of head units, different units have different firmware, it's easy for our clients do the wrong firmware installation.
So when the firmware is needed, just contact me here or our customer service, you will get the write update firmware and the update way at the same time. Hope your kind understanding.

Normally we don't suggest our client do the update, cause it may bring other problems.
If there is a new version, I can send it to you and you can keep it as the possible solution when some problem happen.
