If the reversing mode is automatically switched, an "exclamation point" is displayed, it may be the cam-in line on the back of the car was broken. If the car stereo screen nothing happens, you can connect the brown reverse-in cable inside the power cord to the positive electrode of the car's backlight.

My device doesn't recognize the rear view camera. When I connect the camera to the AV-in connection, the picture appears. Unfortunately, it does not work with CAM-in. The rear view camera is activated in the Settings. Could I get the latest firmware again, please? The link of your last answer is no longer available.
My device is a KD-C0223.
