If you install the firmware and mcu but with no help, please return it back to us for repair.

occasionally, during normal operation, go to black screen, sometime after few minutes power on. It happens every time. The only to work again is, push power button for 10 seconds to go to recovery and restart or reset button.
i tried reset factory without lucky
could you provide me latest MCU and update FW?
