Hello, i ve got some software Problem with my RQ0278E

My Car stereo becomes slowly, i set the tablet to factory default.

This works, but now i config my stereo; some apps are missing.
Can´t find the OBD2 software, and there is no DAB+ software installed. Please Help. I ve bought both from Pumpkin, and now i can´t use it, necause no software on the tablet. It s lost?
Where i can get them?
