I recently bought an Oct Core 7.1 unit(SkuCN10-03304B-13-Y0251-UK-A-GS-Y0004-UK-B-TB-Y0014- UK-B)from your UK website.
i have experienced several problems which made the unit quite unusable so had to do a factory reset.
i have now lost several of the apps so would like your help to reinstall them please.

Also, will the fast boot only work if the ignition was switched off less than an hour ago?
If this is the case then it is really disappointing.
