2.the firmware nupdate.img doesn't suits your unit,so the unit is unable to recognize it.
3.Normally we don't suggest our clients flash the unit if the unit works as it should because there is any potential risk while flashing.

is Android 6.0.1 the latest firmware for Amazon Order 304-4901530-7707516?
Furthermore I tried updating with a file available in this forum (nupdate.img) but the system would not reognize the file. There is no "system update" menu under "about the tablet". Instead it can be found under "Car settings" and remains uresponsive. The same is true concerning the MCU update button. Can you help me out?
