For the sound issue,you can enter settings - amplifier - set the sound distrubution.

is there any new firmware for the CN01-03302B-08A device?
I really have problems receiving Radio Channels in my Volkswagen Golf 6.
The original Radio had a really good reception.

I also have problems with the left front speaker. It seems much less loud like the right one.

Maybe you can help me with that.
