Hi,
You can try to reboot your phone, then delete the paired device on the unit, and reconnect your phone via bluetooth again.
And you can also use another phone to check.

I found a label on the body of the radio with this number written 201504015058.
If not the SKU number is probably the repair number in the factory, I have sent this unit for repair. I hope it helps.

And cause we sell many kind of universal android unit, and the ebay store will use the new product to replace the old product, we can not sure which unit you bought from us. If you install the wrong firmware, it may bring problem for your unit.
