Hi, please don't worry about the warranty, if you open the unit under our suggestion, the warranty is still valid.
With respect of your description, there may some fault inside the unit, please contact our customer service to return it back for repair.

No assolutamente no io non apro niente se poi rompo io qualcosa cosa succede. Allora sai che ce di nuovo io la mando indietro in garanzia e mi cambiate la radio oppure faccio denuncia alla polizia postale perche questa sembra una truffa. Ma come i clienti devono aprire le radio per agiustarle ma dove stiamo quando vi ho pagato era tutto ok adesso vi lavate le mani bravi molto bravi. Fatemi sapere cose piu serie oppure parte la denuncia.

Hi, I just want to help you solve the problem, but I don't know you tried several times without result as we expected.
Could you please do a last check? Open the unit, check the ribbon harness which connected between the TFT board and the button board, please unplug it and reconnect it.
If this still does not help, you can contact our ebay seller to return for repair or exchaneg.
Or you can write to our customer service box "support@autopumpkin.com", there person will be replied ASAP.

Senti io le ho provate tutte e ti confermo che non funzionano ti ripeto che quello del mio amico uguale e con impostazioni uguali collegato alla mia auto funziona perfettamente. Se poi non mi credi come ho capito, posso anche girare video e farti vedere che non funziona. Ma ti posdoo assicurare che non funziona. Io ti ho fatto molta pubblicita con i miei amici per questi apparati ma adesso sono molto deluso perche non credi a quello che io ti dico. Se io fossi in te non perderei tempo e manderei altra unita nuova anche perche quando io ti rimando indietro la mia unita difettosa puoi provarla tu stesso senza perdere tutto questo tempo inutile sia per me che per te. Se poi uno spende 300 euro e non ha nemmeno un minimo di garanzia allora siamo finiti. Comunque ciao e fammi sapere cosa devo fare senza perdere altro tempo con prove inutili.

Hi, normally the buttons on the unit will turn on if you enable the Key light in the factory settings.
Maybe you forgot to click the Apply and Exit to keep this settings, could you please check it?
If possible, would you mind take a video and upload it to youtube, then send the link to for checking?

Come mai radio mio amico con stesse impostazioni sistema funzione regolarmente? Controllato in impostazioni other sono uguali, puo dipendere da mcu allora senno come si spiega questo? Oppure te la rimando indietro e mi mandi altra unita.

Niente da fare se seleziono key ligth scompare la modalita automatica del display e quindi non si abassa nemmeno luminosita display. Cosa consigli puo essere unita difettosa o cosa.

Hi, did you mean that you connect the illumination wire to ACC to get power supply but the button light still did not turn on when you switch on your headlight?
Please enter the Settings-->Factory Settings(126)-->Others to check if the Key light option is selected".
The MCU version don't have relation with the key light. Hope you can understand.

senti allora aggiornamento firmware tutto ok ora e scomparso app meteo ma per illuminazione tasti quando accendo fari i collegamenti sono tutto ok di fatto il display si abbassa luminosita ma i tasti non si accendono quindi credo sia problema MCU v2.81 perche mio amico con stessa radio e mcu v2.86 funzionano tasti accensione fari auto.
Cosa mi consigli ti ringrazio anticipatamente della collaborazione

About the latset MCU file, it's the factory strict file, and it's not allowed to be updated by customer side, cause it's easy to result in other problem.
The MCU file does not matter with the system software and weather widget. You just need to install the latest firmware to delete the weather widget on the main screen.
About the lighting keys, could you please check if you connect the "ILLUMI" wire to our "ACC" wire or other accessory power line in your car?
Then check if the key light will turn on or not when you switch on your headlight.

Mio problema e che con mia mcu v2.81 non funziona illuminazione tasti quando accendo le luci ma solo quando accendo lo stereo. Invece ad un mio amico stesso stereo per golf 4 acquistato sempre da voi e arrivato con mcu v2.86 e nuovo firmware e funziona con illuminazione auto e non ce piu widget meteo che non funziona ecco perche volevo mcu v2.86 nuova e firmware nuovo oppure consigliatemi voi cosa fare in merito a questi problema. Grazie

Hi, the number you attached is not available to find your product information.
Could you please tell us your order ID or product SKU number?
You just need to install the update firmware to delete the weather widget.
We don't have the MCU file, cause it's a strict file for the factory, and the MCU update may cause some other problem.
