Hi,
you need not to unzip the update.img file .Just place it on the root/first grade content of one sd card.Maybe you can download the files again.

I do not know if it's me who does not adopt the right procedure.
I am trying to uncompress the update.img file from my computer before loading the content to the SD card and it is on the computer that I have the error message.

Hi, I can understand you, but actually the newer android version does not perform like you expected, and it has not been added some new feature, you may just install more a few apps. And the android version upgrade has a risk of bringing damage on the unit.
