If you bought the used vehicle with the unit, you can find the model through the UI, the system information.
And there is a SKU number on the back of our unit, but it may be not inconvenience to resemble it to check it at buyer side.
With respect of your description, we can almost make sure which unit you had.
But before we send you the update firmware, could you please tell us what problem the unit had?
Cause we don't suggest our client do the firmware update, cause it may bring other problems, hope your understanding.
