Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot .Then enter settings -system - system update.

Please pay attention,after you change the BT type to BC5, then you need to click the apply icon .
Then,you can try to plug the unit out and check whether the installing screw reach up the BT module board. If yes, just contact our pumpkin customer service (they can help you all issue :) )to change it or a mother board.
