I started to reinstall the unit when we got home from a holiday( the unit was supposed to be sent to me at holiday address but was sent to home address so install was delayed).
When I got to the stage of installing the wiring and radio I found that the digital TV antenna and the external microphone were missing (these had both been sent back as requested).
I checked the box to make sure I had not overlooked them but they were not to be found.
Now I am being messed around by the support staff wanting photos of the box now they want me to open the box and take pictures of the accessories even though they have been told the unit is 3/4 installed it is simply waiting for the digital tv antenna and the external microphone to be put in and it will be finished.(so the box is empty).
Contacting customer service has become an exercise in frustration as they don't seem to understand what they are being told or they don't believe that these items were not packed.
I have a simple question, Why would I want two antennas and two microphones when I have only one head unit.
