No worries Jammy, this is a fault of the cars dashboard not the system, I'm purchasing a separate radio mount and will move it to another location as pressing the button to move the screen forward isn't enough. Many thanks for your reply it's much appreciated.

Hi,
Do you mean that the display screen could not sit right due to the dashboard position? Would you mind take a video to show us the trouble?
This display screen can be adjusted when your short press the adjustment button in the front of unit panel.
We will try to provide you a positive solution.

Hi Jammy

I've almost finished the install of my (W0108) but I have a issue with the display screen. When I open the screen and it pops out, it doesn't sit right back because of my dashboard, I think I need to bring the whole radio unit forward slightly, is there and adaptor of some sort that you sell or I can purchase from else where?
