The problem is, that your "Start/Stop-Button" switches clamp 15 (Ignition power). In this case the CAN box interprets this as "Key in position 1" and shuts down the head unit. This is as normal behavior and nearly each car with Start/Stop button works like that.
What you could do is, to find an electricity consumer in your car which switches off if you open the driver door, but is active during the complete driving cycle. You need to get the plus from this consumer to the orange cable of your unit and do not use the power connector of the CAN box.
