1. The battery is old and needs to be exchanged. May be there is enough power to start the engine, but the voltage goes town to less than 9 volt. In this case the radio looses the memory.
2. Dependant on your car, it cuts clamp 30 while turning the starter. In this case you need a cable with a fuse directly from the battery to the radio.

Guess I can do that. Just thought it was a good question for the forum. I don't see that a video would be needed, as the difference between the home screen, and the cold boot logo splash is pretty clear.

Thanks

You need to tell them your order number or ebay id so that they can confirm your unit . i suggest you show them an short video to help them understand your query and find the cause. And your car model and year also be helpful for solving this issue.
Regards

I did do a search, and found similar questions, but did not see the answer. Apologies if I missed it. Anyways, if I go to the ACC key position, the unit is accessible immediately, but if I start the car, I get the full logo screen boot. Sure, it is pretty fast for a cold boot. But 20+ seconds or so versus nearly zero is quite a difference. Confident my connections are correct and secure. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
