Hi,did you tested the power voltage of your battery or the yellow or red wire back of the unit when you start the car. Some old batteries might have power less than 9V at the moment when you start the unit. In this case , the unit get no enough power to work.

You need to tell them your order number or ebay id so that they can confirm your unit . i suggest you show them an short video to help them understand your query and find the cause.

Hallo, unterstützt das Radio (https://www.autopumpkin.de/autoradio-mi ... l-din.html) fastboot? Es startet immer nur neu (Kaltstart)wenn der Motor gestartet wird, bzw. die Zündung angestellt wird. Ist in einem Opel Tigra TwinTop 2005 eingebaut.

Hello, does the radio supports (https://www.autopumpkin.de/autoradio-mi ... ra-vivaro- with-gps-navigation-bluetooth-7-inch-touch-screen-double-din.html) fastboot? It always restarts (cold start) when the engine is started or the ignition is switched on. Is installed in an Opel Tigra TwinTop 2005.
