I think there is a little to big confusion about memory declaration in android devices!
The RQ0278E lists 2 GB RAM, 16 GB NAND and SDCard up to 64 GB!
Installation into RAM and/or NAND and/or SDCard is one thing.
Ability of the installed apps to use "mounted" memory is another thing.
This depends in most cases of the apps theirselves.
This is not a special behavior of pumpkin devices, this takes effect on all android devices.
So i can use both sd cards in my RQ0268E to store music files on it.
It is on the app to use the "mountpoints" to the different targets! (for example MortPlayer can do this)
It is correct, if the manufacturer (Jammy )said "...this unit does not support to install and move app to external SD card...", but we can look to use the additional memory by the apps theirselves!
By the way, there are also solutions to "move" the entire app folder manually from "internal" memory (don't matter if RAM or NAND) to extSD Card!
For example "Sygic" can do this!
