Regarding your issue, you can flash the unit with the original firmware for your unit to check. Here is the link for you.

Please download the update.img file through your browser, then copy it into the SD card or USB stick.
When you go to the recovery mode, please choose "update system/mcu from sdcard and clear all" or "update system/mcu from usb and clear all"

I cant start my device and the recovery modus dont work.

Now I want to try a restore with the Rockchip Batch Tool but i cant connect with my pc.
Can you tell my how i can start the device in the download modus?
