The Google maps offline for Europe we have only updated to 2018.
But we have the Sygic offline maps 2019.

The folder (IGO_EU) of your provided file are from April 2018. Is there a newer one?

The maps seem to be for IGO Navigation, do they also fit for Google Maps and how do I import the maps into Google Maps?
