Here is a problem using a PX5.
When connected to the internet (no matter via Bluetooth or WiFi) there is no way to authenticate
the Google account data.
There is even no way, to add a new Google account.
This leads to the fact, that i can search the internet for anything, but using the Play Store for adding
additional apps, is "strictly forbidden" (authentication is needed)
This "turns" the device back to a simple "FM-Music-Machine". (a quite expensive one...)
In detail:
After connection to the internet is established (via WiFi or Bluetooth), i try to get access to the Google-
Play-Store. The display tells me, there is "Data verification in progress".
This is a "lie", because there is no data to be verificated stored to the device.
Normally at this case another screen should appear to insert your "Google account data", but this isn´t triggered.
If i try to add a Google account via the settings menu, it will just lead to the same: "Data verification in progress"
So here is my question: Is there any kind of upgrade to the Firmware to fix this?
It is obviously a software problem not a hardware failure...
Any questions regarding the detailed information about the device, please refer to the signature...Statistics: Posted by schnecco — Sun Apr 26, 2020 7:12 am
