After a few boots and automatic reboots, the System stopped in the Recovery Mode:Screen:

After I tried the "factory data reset", the Unit boots normal again.

And also, it seems, the "Missing Widgets"-Problem was solved!

After the update-bar was complete, the Radio was rebooted automatically. After the Android-Logo, the Pumpkin-Logo was displayed, but it seems, it was frozen. After ~5 minutes I removed the SD card. Then, after few seconds, the Unit rebooted again automatically, I seen a construction icon shortly, then comes the Pumpin-Logo again.

Do I have to wait longer or do I have to use recovery mode to install the update?

Could you please try to refresh your the software of car stereo?
Please download the software, open the folder, then copy the files to an SD card without unzipping them, click on Settings - car Settings- System update.
